Tone Cyco & Ladies Night (CLI Mulan)

Muscle toning exercises, especially when combined with heart and strength exercises, can help improve mental health. Studies have shown that people who train regularly have more energy, reduced stress levels and greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

“Tone Cyco” and “Ladies Night” are two different classes that choreograph by Mulan to activate and train different part of the body muscles. The chart below show the different of the two classes

Cycle B is a fun, dynamic and effective workout in a group cycling class. It combines dance, martial arts, dance conditioning and more with the beat of international remix music. The result is like nothing you have ever experienced. Cycle B improves cardiovascular strength, endurance and flexibility while challenging your coordination & balance. Enjoy your movement!

Disco Night (CLI Mazrey)

In this class you stand the workout, focusing mainly on the endurance and metabolic capacity of your circulatory system (cardiovascular endurance), while increasing your aerobic capacity and mitochondrial energy production. It is also a time to test your respiratory system, heart rate and pulse. Each song in this class has a disco-related theme and it is longer than the Cycle B songs. This is a class where you will increase your fitness levels, burn more calories and obtain an excellent cardio exercise.

Cycleness (CLI Kim)

Cyeleness the perfect balance of cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full body workout with real result! By the name of the meaning it will be a basic class and the fancy basic movement with the music between 120bpm to 170bmp . Cycleness is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a resistance button, pushes up during workout with the fantastic music. Instructor Kim said, “Even a greatest was once a beginner!” Join her class to feel the motivation of workouts!

BeatSlayer (CLI TK)

Heat beat brings you to feel the rhythm of trending music, english, chinese, korean hitz upbeat songs. In heat beat which lead by Instructor Karles, It is neither slow or fast and neither easy or hard, Heat beat focuses for riders that are going into intermediate or for those who prefer intermediate spinning class. Cycle Hypp Extreme (CLI Titus)

Insane endurance challenge, push your limits.
From the beginning of the slow song cycling warm-up, to the movement and strength challenge, to the fast song movement, speed sprint, after core training, dumbbell challenge.
It’s all about taking less rest first, and it’s all about 3-5 songs (15-25 minutes) before taking a simple rest!
It is also to train one’s own mentality.

Breakfit (CLI JJ)

Breakfit focuses mostly stamina, consistency, reactions, body control, and speed. Breakdance + Fitness = BreakFit, dancing while cycling will be the main point in JJ’s classes, Less handling movements, more on whole body movements. The extreme part in this will be the increasing of difficulties throughout the session, starting basic and simple, halfway onwards will be more challenging, and the ending will be hardcore! Transitions between movements will depend on your reactions as well.
